Leaders Unlocked is a nationally-recognised social enterprise with a strong track record over the last decade of enabling public bodies, charities and education institutions to meaningfully involve young people in decision-making.
As specialists in youth engagement, Leaders Unlocked empowers children and young adults from diverse communities across the UK to become confident, influential change-makers. Our participatory approach combines peer-led research, co-creation, and inclusive engagement, to enable young people to actively shape research, policy, and practice.
Our staff team brings expertise in recruitment, facilitation, co-production, research, coaching, mentoring and working with marginalised communities. We are committed to hiring and developing talent from our projects, and we’re proud that around two-thirds of our staff team have come from this route.
