Leaders Unlocked has been working in the Health sector since 2016. Our work enables young people to play a leadership role influencing strategic decisions, provision and research in relation to young people’s health and well being.
In the Policing sector, Leaders Unlocked provides young people with a platform to influence decisions about policing and crime prevention. In partnership with Police & Crime Commissioners (PCCs), we have developed the Youth Commission model to enable young people to inform policing decisions in their regions.
Leaders Unlocked has been working in the Criminal Justice sector since 2016. Our work gives young adults and service users a stronger voice on criminal justice reform at the national level.
Since 2015, Leaders Unlocked has been working with industry partners to open up opportunities for young people to gain vital experience in the world of work. We enable companies in a wide range of sectors to support future talent and promote diversity in their organisations.
If you’re interested in getting involved with the work we do at Leaders Unlocked, please do send us a message via our contact us page. We are always keen to hear from young people who may want to take part in our projects, as well as professionals who may want to collaborate.

As a person of colour, I have had racially unjust experiences which affected my view of the world. Being part of the Student Commission on Racial Justice has helped me, to help people like me, feel that they belong.
