Leaders Unlocked works with industry partners to open up opportunities for young people to gain vital experience in the world of work. We enable companies in a wide range of sectors to support future talent and promote diversity in their organisations.
Since 2021, we’ve been offering paid internships, enabling young adults to develop their own social change projects to address the issues that matter most to them. To date, we’ve had 25 interns and we are aiming to expand this programme in the future.
