North Yorkshire Youth Commission Final Report

This final report from the North Yorkshire Youth Commission details the findings and recommendations from peer-to-peer research with over 1,600 young people across North Yorkshire. The report explores 6 key priority topics selected by Youth Commissioners: Drug Abuse and Legal Highs; Cyber-bullying and Online Safety; Hate Crime; Vulnerable Young People; Preventing Youth Crime; Relationships with the Police. It also contains testimonials from the Police and Crime Commissioner, North Yorkshire Police, and the young people involved in the project.

"There has been a real culture change at the top - this has been the biggest element. We had such a challenge as to how to engage thousands of young people in Nottingham, a massive generational gap, we spoke a different language, it was overwhelming. Leaders Unlocked has helped us to bridge that gap and now we understand each other more."
